Let us create your new garden with the greatest attention to detail and excellent workmanship.

Olive Garden Design & Landscaping offer a free initial meeting and informal chat with Christian and a chance to meet up and discuss your requirements. Should you then wish to proceed further, we can then choose the best option for you.

This will depend on the size of the job or project you would like carrying out, and whether you will need just a quotation or require a detailed plan.

We offer several options which cover small projects up to very large ones and you can choose which will best fit in with your circumstances by simply clicking on options listed below.

Option 1: Small project or particular job not requiring a detailed plan

We can offer you a free detailed quotation and works schedule for a particular project, usually for smaller jobs or a particular part of your garden where you already have a clear idea of what you want.

Option 2: Small garden or detailed area including a detailed plan

We can offer you a detailed quotation, works schedule and a detailed scaled A3 plan of your garden. This option does have a charge of between £145.00 and £295.00 + VAT depending on the complexity for time spent surveying the garden and drawing up the plan.

Should you decide go ahead with the work and use Olive Garden Design & Landscaping to construct the new garden then this charge does not apply.

Option 3: Large gardens and extensive detailed areas including a detailed plan

With larger gardens which are in need of a total make-over a detailed quotation, a schedule of works and a large detailed plan will be needed.

The quotation and schedule of works are free of charge for this option, but the plan will be chargeable usually costing between £295.00 - £995.00 + VAT.

Should you decide on this option, then we will work very closely with you from the initial draft plans through to choosing the correct materials and on to constructing the garden and completion.

Option 4: Working with us

Should you decide from the start that you would like ourselves to carry out the construction work to your garden and to a budget then we will work with you to come up with a cost effective design with-in this budget, a quotation and a schedule of works and carry out all the construction works.

No fee is chargeable for any of the design work with this option.

This option will have a written contract which will specify that Olive Garden Design & Landscaping Ltd will construct the garden as to the plan, to the quotation and schedule of works provided.
